The Brandon Hall 2019-2020 Leadership Development study suggests that less than one-third businesses believe in leadership development and its impact on business, while nearly less than 60% organizations cite their leadership has the desired competencies, like emotional intelligence, to drive the business and maximize growth and success in next few years.
Insufficient leadership development is one of the key causes of concern among global organizations, along with the lack of identification of highly potential employees; which is why there is now set to be a downpour of investment in leadership development in 2020.
Considering the increasing importance of leadership development, Plethora has launched its new Podcast titled ‘Leadership Spotlight’ that will discuss the ins and outs of leadership, what goes into the making of a true leader and the characteristics and qualities a leader must possess to inspire others to follow.
